Privacy

We cannot read your data.

Processing happens on your device. What follows is the long version, in plain language.

What We Collect

When you join our waitlist or contact us

Your name and email address. Which of the app, the API or MCP you asked for. Whatever you type in the box that asks about your data problem, if you fill it in. The link you arrived from, so we know whether a post worked. And the time you asked. That is the whole list. We use it to keep you in the loop about launches and to reply to you. We do not add you to third-party lists. We do not sell leads.

When you use MemoryIntelligence™

Your data is processed locally on your device. We don't have access to it. We can't read it. We designed it that way on purpose. The whole point of edge-first processing is that your data never has to leave your hands.

Analytics

We use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how people find our website, not what they do on it. No fingerprinting. No cross-site tracking. No ad networks. No pixels from companies who think your browsing history is their business model.

Data Ownership

This is where most companies get creative with language. We'll be direct: you own your data. Not "you retain certain rights." Not "you grant us a perpetual license." You own it. Full stop.

Our infrastructure creates sealed records: cryptographic evidence of provenance. This means you can always verify what data you have, where it came from, and how it's been used. That's not a feature we added for marketing. It's the foundation of everything we build.

Third Parties

We don't share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We don't have data-sharing agreements with ad networks. We don't participate in data brokerages. Here is every company that touches your data, and what each one gets. Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the bot check on our forms, which means it sees your IP address and how you interacted with the page. Resend sends the emails you asked for, so it sees your name and address. Calendly handles bookings, and only if you choose to book a call. Stripe handles payment when there is something to pay for. We never see or store a card number. Shopify runs the shop, and only if you buy something there. That is the full list. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes, we have no data-sharing agreements with ad networks, and we do not participate in data brokerages.

Security

All data processed through our systems is encrypted and hashed at every stage. Our patent-pending architecture means that even in a worst-case breach scenario, your processed data remains on your device, not on our servers. We can't leak what we don't have.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold. You can request a complete export at any time. You can opt out of communications with one click. These aren't rights we're grudgingly giving you because a regulation told us to. They're principles we built the company on.

Questions? We don't hide behind a legal@ email that nobody reads. Reach out through our Connect form and a real person will respond.
